Global Medical’s Initiatives

Research

Global Medical conducts research and collects data that explores the diagnosis and treatment for patients and refugees recovering from PTSD related to sex slavery, war and conflict, radicalization and more in conflict zones throughout the world.

Education

Dr. Decker Weiss, Founder and Executive Director of Global Medical, and other educators from the research wing of Global Medical are making this data accessible on a global level through publications, classes and presentations.

Treatment

Global Medical diagnoses and treats refugees at field clinics worldwide. Current initiatives include providing probiotics and introducing amino acid therapy and anti-inflammatory therapies to help children and adults struggling with PTSD and sleep issues in conflict zones and poverty centers.
