  • Discounts redeemed through our rewards program cannot be used during a sale unless the discount redeemed exceeds the discount of the active sale. This ensures you get the best discount available at any given time.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order. If you redeem a discount with your Rewards points before you are ready to use, you can find the active code within your Rewards account.
  • Membership tiers are based on points earned within a rolling 12-month period, not total lifetime points earned. Redeeming points for a reward does not affect membership status.
  • Your points never expire if you stay active. Points will expire after one year of no purchases or redemptions.
