Autumn is a season of In-Between. It is a time of liminality when the world is in transition. Autumnal skin reflects that. If summer is day and winter is night, then spring is dawn and autumn is dusk. Cleanse. AMIn the mornings cleanse skin simply by misting the face with HydroSoul, and gently removing with a clean, dry washcloth.
Cleanse. PM.In the evenings, cleanse with Nourishing Cleansing Oil massaging a quarter-sized amount of oil into dry skin, focusing on areas of trouble, dryness or congestion. Remove thoroughly with a warm, damp washcloth.
Hydrate.Moisturize.Nourish. AM + PM.To create a base of intense moisture and hydration begin by misting your face with an ample saturation of Rose Geranium HydroSoul. In the palm of your hand add one to three pumps of Pomegranate Repair Serum. To that add a few more sprays of HydroSoul. Blend the two together, then gently and slowly press the warmed emulsion into skin. Mist face with a few more sprays of HydroSoul and press in again.
Body Oiling + Self Massage. AM or PM.While this can be practiced daily, it should at least be practiced weekly for best results. Place your bottle of Vetiver Hinoki Body Oil in a vessel filled with warm to hot water (not boiling) and warm it for few minutes. When it's reached your desired temperature, pump the oil into your palms, and slowly work it all over your body, starting with your scalp and making your way down, all the way to your toes. Use a slow, serene, loving touch, and don't leave any place un-treasured or un-oiled. Also use Vetiver Hinoki to moisturize your body right after a shower or bath, while skin is still damp, to keep skin soft, supple and moisturized.
