Autumn is a season of In-Between. It is a time of liminality when the world is in transition. Autumnal skin reflects that. If summer is day and winter is night then spring is dawn and autumn is dusk. These transitional seasons are often when our bodies need the most support so they can adjust and thrive in the more extreme periods of winter and summer.
