Blue Lavender pairs the creaminess of a plant-milk with the lightly lathering action of natural yucca root creating a nourishing, effective and deep cleansing product. This skin-balancing formula effectively draws impurities out of tiny dermal pores leaving skin exquisitely clean. Daily use softens and loosens the hardened waxy deposits that are blackheads. Adding plant oils and floral waters to the skin restores vitality, balances hydration and refines pores resulting in skin that is soft, supple and resilient.
We choose our geranium floral water from family farms in Washington, shea butter from a tribal village in Ghana, extracts from a small farm in Colorado, and essential oils from farms in France.
Steam-distilled essential oils of blue chamomile and lavender combine with nourishing plant oils to thoroughly cleanse any sensitive skin condition.

How to Use
Moisten face with splashes of warm water or misting of hydrosol. Pump a small amount of cleanser into palm of hand. Dribble a little water or hydrosol to mix. Massage into face & neck working in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water & pat dry.

I’ve been using the Blue Lavender Cleansing Milk ever since the Simply Basic Cleansing Milk (free of essential oils) was discontinued. The Blue Lavender is okay but it’s still a bit irritating for my very sensitive skin, since it contains essential oils. Please consider bringing back the essential oil-free version! I have been fanatical about caring for my skin for over 50 years. I was a successful NYC based makeup artist for many years. I had celebrity clients, fashion clients, and private clients. I think my career really soared due to the fact that I was extremely ahead of my time on skincare knowledge due to my extreme amount of research, self testing and encyclopedic knowledge of ingredients. So it is not easy to impress me. This brand is OUTSTANDING. I have used every type of cleanser known to mankind. Performance is critical to me but the RITUAL of skincare must be a treat to my senses as well. I will no longer use skincare with artificial fragrances or unhealthy ingredients for any reason. The skin is an organ of the body and mother nature knows best. There is a slight learning curve with a cleanser that contains earth clays. I do not wet my face first. I apply about two quarter coins of cleanser if I am wearing sunscreen or makeup. If bare faced I use about two nickel coins of product. I massage it all over face, then spray a hydrasol as suggested by this brand. That turns the cleanser into a milk. I massage another minute in circular motion and rinse. It removes makeup very well. If someone wears heavy makeup-they should use an oil from this brand first, remove with steamy washcloth and then follow up with a cleaner like the Blue Lavender Cleansing Milk.
