Immortelle is covered in bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that retain their color and shape, therefore it's also known as 'Everlasting'. Immortelle's botanical name is Helichrysum italicum, which comes from the Greek word helios (sun) and chyrsos (gold) because the yellow blooms look like tiny golden suns. Immortelle grows wild in the south of France, Italy and other Mediterranean countries.

Immortelle facial tonic hydrosol appears to clear systemic heat in the body and face. An effective hydrosol for skin recovering from acid or dermabrasion treatments.

Consistent use of Immortelle HydroSoul, applied together with our Oil Serums or Pomegranate Repair Serum will help minimize appearance of old scars and assist in the renewal of the skin. How to Use

Mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol & press onto skin. Facial tonic hydrosols can be used throughout the day to tone, hydrate & refresh.
As a gentle morning cleanser, simply saturate skin & pat dry with a clean cloth.
For optimal hydration & moisture, combine with one of our oil serums and/or moisturizers. Mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol. In palms of hands, mix dime-sized amount of oil serum and/or a finger-full of moisturizer with 5-10 more sprays of hydrosol. Gently press mixture onto skin. Finishing with a misting of hydrosol.

    Lovely hydrosol -- immortelle has an herbacious scent

    I absolutely love this hydrosol. I, like many others, thought it smelled not amazing to begin with. But after using it so much, I have not only gotten used to the scent, but truly appreciate it. The most important thing is that immortelle has so many benefits anyway. Unfortunately I've switched up a number of things in my regimen and can't tell how much this hydrosol specifically is contributing to my skin health... However, one of the biggest benefits of hydrosols in general is that they truly do help oil serums and moisturizers absorb quickly and way better than oil-based products do otherwise.

    Lovely scent

    I’ve tried several Immortelle hydrosols and have a tough time with the unique scent, but I really appreciate the skin benefits so I keep trying. This is the best smelling one I’ve found and I actually look forward to using it.

    Don't love the scent

    I have to admit I don't love the smell of this one. I got used to it eventually, but it took awhile. I will stick to the lavender. I'm not sure that I noticed a significant reduction in redness compared to lavender, which is why I tried it.

    Skin saver!

    I am a huge fan of hydrosols. I use them every. single. day. Immortelle (AKA: Helichrysum) is extremely special plant medicine. In fact, I call it my, "Swiss army knife" of natural remedies. This smells like a diluted version of the essential oil (dry, green floral aroma with hints of tea). This hydrosol saved my skin after an unintended sunburn (we've all been there right?). I applied it as often as needed, which was a lot, and within the same weekend my sunburn was gone! It's a plant miracle.
