We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. We also accept money orders or certified checks if you place your order via telephone.

Track Order

We can provide tracking information on orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours from time of receipt. Email orderdesk@evanhealy.com. Allow 24 hours for response. Or call 1 888 335-0190, Mon to Fri 9 am to 3 pm Pacific Time.

Returns

If you're unhappy with a product purchased from evanhealy.com you may return it for a full refund within 45 days. To receive a refund first contact orderdesk@evanhealy.com for a 'Return Authorization', then ship the product to the appropriate address. In the US: evanhealy returns, 13741 Danielson St, Suite A, Poway, California 92064. In Canada: evanhealy returns, 83 Elm Ave, Suite 5B, Toronto, Ontario M4W 1P1. Upon receipt of your return, a credit will be issued within 30 days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
